In 300ml (a cup) of water add a teaspoon of KANNALIGHT. Once it boils, add half a teaspoon of vegetable solvent (oil-butter) and let it boil (without boiling) for 20-30 minutes. Finally, remove from the heat, let it cool for 2-3 minutes, strain it and drink it to our health.
